Paver Block, Solid Block & Kerb Stone Production

To manufacture Paver Blocks on the same machine, additional attachments are required, including a Color Feeder / Face Feeder, Color Mixer, and Paver Moulds according to the thickness and design requirements of the customer.

The same machine can also be used to manufacture Solid Blocks, Kerb Stones, and other concrete blocks. For these products, the primary requirement is simply to change the mould as per the desired product specification.

Semi-Automatic System

All these machines can be operated through a Semi-Automatic PLC-Based Control System. Functions from the Pan Mixer to the final product output are automatically controlled through the PLC-based control panel.

The two manual operations are:

Manual feeding of raw materials
Manual stacking of finished products
Fully Automatic System

For a Fully Automatic Production Line, additional equipment such as a Batching Plant, Front-End Stacker, and Forklifts can be integrated.

This enables the entire production process—from raw material feeding to stacking of finished products—to be fully automated, improving productivity, consistency, and operational efficiency.
